Privacy policy
Effective 15 October 2026
Short version. MyAirport plays offline and has no account. The game does not send your data to us or to anyone else: no analytics, no advertising, no tracking. Your save stays on your phone. Apple handles payments. If you email us, we use your email only to answer you.
1. Who we are
MyAirport (the “app”) and myairport.app (the “website”) are made by Spring Digital Commerce LLC, Wilmington, Delaware, United States (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: bas@springdigitalcommerce.com.
2. What the app does with data
The app is a single-player game that runs entirely on your device. It has no sign-up, no login and no servers of ours behind it.
Stored on your device only
To keep your game, the app saves the following in its private storage on your phone:
- the airport name and airline name you type, and the look you pick for your manager;
- your progress: coins, level, stations, staff, planes, routes and the in-game clock;
- your settings (for example sound, haptics, reduced motion and notifications);
- which in-app purchases you own, so the game can unlock them.
This information never leaves your device through the app. We cannot see it, and we cannot recover it for you. If you back up your phone with iCloud or a computer, the save is part of that backup under Apple’s terms, the same as other app data. Deleting the app deletes the save. Settings → Start over in the game resets your progress.
What the app does not do
- No analytics, crash-reporting or advertising tools are built in.
- No tracking across apps or websites, and no advertising identifier. The app never shows the App Tracking Transparency prompt because it does not track.
- No access to your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
- No chat, no user profiles and no sharing with other players.
Because of this, our App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.
3. In-app purchases
Purchases are made through Apple’s App Store and processed by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy. We never receive your name, card details or Apple Account details. On your device, Apple’s StoreKit tells the app which products you have bought so it can unlock them and restore them when you tap Restore purchases. We do not receive a copy of this information. Apple may give us anonymous, aggregated sales reports through App Store Connect, which do not identify you.
4. Notifications
The app can show local notifications, for example when your coin piles are full or when a payday comes up. They are scheduled on your phone; no push server is involved and no notification token is sent to us. The app asks for permission the first time a notification would be useful, never at launch. You can turn them off in the game’s settings or in iPhone Settings → Notifications → MyAirport.
5. When you email us
If you contact us at bas@springdigitalcommerce.com, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use it only to answer you and to fix the problem you report. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering requests (or taking steps at your request). Email is handled by our email provider on our behalf. We keep support emails for up to 24 months after the conversation ends, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
6. This website
myairport.app is a static website. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. See the cookie policy.
Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data when you visit (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to deliver the pages and protect them against abuse. These server logs are kept for a short period by the host and are not used to identify or profile you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
7. Children
MyAirport is a general-audience game. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Parents can contact us with any question. In-app purchases need the Apple Account holder’s approval, and parents can use Apple’s Screen Time and Ask to Buy controls.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or under US state privacy laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to a data protection authority. Since the app does not send us any data, the only personal data we may hold about you is a support email. To use any of these rights, email us and we will reply within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising, and we do not use it for automated decisions.
Data you keep on your device is under your control: delete the app or use Start over to remove it.
9. International transfers and security
We are based in the United States. If you email us from another country, your message is processed in the United States and in the countries where our email provider operates, with the safeguards that provider offers (such as standard contractual clauses). We protect what we hold with access controls and keep as little as possible.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how the app or website handles data, for example by adding a new service, we will update this page before the change goes live and change the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will also say so in the app’s update notes.
