Restore purchases

1. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account you bought with.
2. In the game, open the shop: tap the coins at the top, or go to the Office and open the Pro shop.
3. Tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the shop.

Land, exclusive buildings, style packs, Dubai Jewel International, Pro Manager, bundles and an active Airport Pass come back. Coin packs, Double cash and Time warp are used when you buy them and can’t be restored.

Cancel the Airport Pass

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Choose MyAirport and tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep the Pass until the end of the month you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Apple’s guide: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple.

Refunds

Apple handles all payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Sign in, find the MyAirport purchase, choose “Request a refund” and give a reason. If something you bought did not arrive in the game, email us first: we can usually fix it.

I lost my progress

MyAirport saves on your phone only. There is no account and no cloud save, so we can’t restore a save from our side. Progress is lost if the app is deleted or Start over is used. If you restore your whole iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup made before the loss, your save comes back with it. Your purchases can always be restored as above.

Moving to a new phone

Set up the new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup of the old one (Quick Start does this too) and your airport moves with it. If you set up the new phone as new, start a new airport and tap Restore purchases.

Did my airport earn while I was away?

Yes, if you have staff. While the app is closed, staffed stations earn at half rate for up to 8 hours (24 hours at full rate with Pro Manager). Collect it in the Office when you come back.

Notifications

The game sends local reminders, such as full coin piles. Turn them on or off in the game’s Settings, or in iPhone Settings → Notifications → MyAirport.

Start over

To begin a new airport, open Settings in the game and choose Start over. This erases your progress on this phone. Purchases are kept.

Your data and deleting it

MyAirport has no account, so there is no account to delete. The game does not send your data anywhere. To remove everything the game stored, delete the app or use Start over. If you emailed us and want that email deleted, ask us at the address above. Full details: privacy policy.

The game supports VoiceOver buttons for every station, Reduced motion and turning off haptics and sound in Settings. If something is hard to use, please tell us.
