Terms of use
Effective 15 October 2026
Short version. MyAirport is free to play. Optional purchases go through Apple. Coins have no real-world value. The Airport Pass renews every month until you cancel it in your Apple Account settings, at least 24 hours before it renews. Refunds are handled by Apple.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Spring Digital Commerce LLC, Wilmington, Delaware, United States (“we”, “us”) for the MyAirport app and the myairport.app website. By downloading or playing MyAirport you accept these terms, our end user license agreement and our privacy policy. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must accept them for you and approve any purchases.
2. Licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use MyAirport for your own entertainment, under the EULA and Apple’s Usage Rules. The game, its art, characters, names and code belong to us or our licensors. Place names in the game, such as Paris Charles de Gull or New Yolk Kennedy, are fictional parodies and are not connected to any real airport or airline.
3. In-app purchases
MyAirport is free to download. You can buy optional items inside the game. All purchases are made through the Apple App Store, charged to your Apple Account and subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The price is shown in your local currency on the purchase screen before you confirm.
- Non-consumable items (for example extra land, exclusive buildings, style packs, Dubai Jewel International, Pro Manager and bundles) are yours to keep. They survive Start over and you can restore them on any device signed in to the same Apple Account with Restore purchases in the shop.
- Consumable items (coin packs, Double cash 24 h and Time warp) are used up when delivered and cannot be restored.
Each item’s screen shows what it does in the game before you buy. We may change, rebalance or retire items in updates, but we will not take away a non-consumable item you have bought without giving you a reasonable substitute or a way to request a refund through Apple.
4. Coins and other virtual items
Coins, boosts and other in-game items are a licence to use digital content inside MyAirport. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services, and cannot be sold, transferred or traded outside the game. Coins can always be earned by playing; buying them is optional.
5. Airport Pass (auto-renewing subscription)
- What you get: +250 coins at the end of every shift and the Crew uniforms, Manager wardrobe and Signature liveries style packs, for as long as the subscription is active.
- Length and price: one month, US$4.99 per month (or the equivalent price shown in your country’s App Store before you confirm).
- Payment: charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically for another month at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- How to cancel: on your iPhone go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MyAirport → Cancel Subscription. You keep the benefits until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Price changes: if the price goes up, Apple tells you in advance and, where required, asks for your consent before you are charged the new price.
- Free trials: if we ever offer one, its length is shown before you start, and any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
6. Refunds
Because Apple processes all payments, we cannot issue refunds ourselves. You can request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides refund requests under its own policies. Nothing in these terms limits any right to a refund or withdrawal you have under the consumer law of your country. If you are in the EU or UK, you agree that digital content is delivered immediately after purchase and that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery starts, to the extent the law allows.
7. Your save
MyAirport keeps one save slot on your device. We do not store it on any server, so we cannot restore lost progress. Your save is lost if you delete the app, use Start over, or lose your phone without a device backup. Purchases can be restored as described in section 3.
8. Fair use
Don’t modify, hack, reverse engineer or cheat the app or its purchase system, and don’t use it for anything unlawful. We may stop providing the game to anyone who breaks these rules.
9. Updates and availability
We may update MyAirport to fix bugs, add content or change balance. Some updates may be needed to keep playing. We try to keep the game available but cannot promise it will always be on the App Store or work on every device and iOS version.
10. Warranty and liability
MyAirport is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of game progress. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer living in the EU, UK or another country with mandatory consumer protection law, you keep the protection of that law and can bring claims in your local courts.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app or its update notes before it takes effect. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.
